Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
We typically ship orders the next business day. During new launches, sales, or holiday events, please allow 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. We carefully pack each order to ensure it arrives safely.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this number to monitor your package and view delivery updates directly through the carrier. Please note that the tracking information we see is the same information available to you.
The Little Wilder Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. After your order is in transit, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number for assistance. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local law enforcement agency to file a report.
Because we process orders quickly, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, or additions once an order has been placed. If you need additional items, please submit a separate order. We kindly ask that you double-check your sizing and shipping address before completing checkout.
Returns
We want you to love every piece you purchase from The Little Wilder Co. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items returned with stains, odors, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved items will be issued store credit within 3–5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
